hi sam i love all you product….sam what is different between videoskin and video overplay?
but your product always the best on the market….
im looking forward for it…
Hey thanks Gelar smile emoticon really appreciate it. Good question – I havnt had the chance to take a good look at Video Overplay however from what I’ve heard it’s a really cool software. There are a couple of major differences that initally come to mind. Our system is a SAAS which means it’s web-based. Our videos can play ANYWHERE on any web page or inside of Facebook for example. Video Overplay is a WordPress plugin so from what I understand it will only work on WordPress. Secondly ours has a drag and drop system making it really easy to add call to actions where ever you want around the video. As always though I recommend checking out the sales page for both. You should be able to distinguish the differences between the softwares and work out which is best for you through doing that.

Sam, what is the other oto’s and associated initial costs?
OTO 1 is PRO Features package with a ton of other features. It’s going to be $67 to start and shoot up from there to $97. OTO2 is a reseller package so you can resell Video Skins and keep 100% of the profits. Still working on the price for this. OTO3 is Facebook and Social Media integration for $47 smile emoticon

looks awesome quick question. Will we have the option to download the video to our computer once we added the CTA? thanks
Yes – however it kind of defeats the purpose as people will only be able to click on the CTAs when they are live inside of the Video Skins system smile emoticon

It doesn’t indicate if the videos or channels selected can be monetized and weather the video ads are instream or not!

Will the CTA’s work inside leadsnaps.com ? If you upload to facebook is it whitelabel? We’re an agency so we would be making videos for our clients…
Yes I don’t see why it wouldnt work with leadsnaps. Pradnyesh will it work?
Not sure what you mean by upload to Facebook? You can post a link to Facebook and it will be clickable through the newsfeed and the buttons will work as well just like Facebook video except its a link which Facebook users can click to play the video (Hope this makes sense). We will launch with an agency package on the front end. Will be running at a discount for the first few hours of launch smile emoticon Starting price $47 for everything including developer rights.

When I first opened your email, I thought “this has been done before”. But after watching the video, it appears to be a combination of many recent video products rolled into one, plus some unique features. Definitely interested in this one.
Hey thanks Leon we’re really excited for it. Can’t wait to show you the next two videos smile emoticon. The goal of this video player has been getting animiated effects, calls to actions and pushing them into a player that didnt just look great but was SUPER FAST! It’s been difficult but finally Brad and I are confident we’ve produced just that.

Looks and sounds clever: But me being more of a local marketer how could I benefit from it Sam
Hey Colin really good question. Local marketers can help businesses advertise on YouTube bringing people back to their landing pages or to their YouTube channels. If you search me in Google or Lemon Detox diet and have a look around you’ll see videos from me that I’ve created for clients of mine. We’ve generated 100,000+ views from those videos and they consistently bring traffic back to my clients websites. You can build a presense for your client on YouTube which is going to equal more traffic and money.

Looks interesting. Is there a reason that the video at the top of the page (with various calls to action) didn’t show the pop-ups? I’m watching in Chrome on a MAC and none of the referenced pops appeared…
Yes – it’s the sales video. Tomorrow when the salespage is live it will show the popups. We took them away for now because we didnt want to popover buy buttons just yet tongue emoticon

Guys is there a run through video available? Once the CTAs are added do they appear on the YouTube videos or is it a separate link? Thx
Yes on the salespage tomorrow you’ll see a full walkthrough about half way down the page. Once the CTAs are added they will generate their own embed code then you’ll be able to embed that video where you want. If you get the OTO3 upgrade it will create a link for you you can post on Facebook and around social media smile emoticon the price will start from $47 for that OTO3

Hey Sam this looks good. I have bought well over 40 products from you and this seems like a must have.

Is this mobile responsive most of my customers buy my products of the cell phone. Will the icons work on cell phones if so then I’m sold.
Sam, I have bought several products off of you recently because I love your products and especially your bonuses! However, I am paralyzed by not knowing what I should do first. Is it possible for you to create a bonus that shows us how to use your products as a system that will make us successfu and prosperous, if implemented correctly Look forward to buying this.
I don’t get it….Why are 80% talking about video skins? I mean videodrill is all about advertising on Youtube isn’t it?
I see info on video skins but not video drill
Do you have a video that actually explains it’s function’s and why one should buy video drill?
3 a.m.? Doggone, I’ll have to miss the big discount
I have just watched the 2nd promo video (I think) where you point to the upper corner saying click the call to action button… but there is nothing showing … I’ve tried it on both my iPhone and a Window 7 machine, same result. Am I missing something or is Video Skins not working for you?
Hey there will be tomorrow smile emoticon we havnt activated some of these yet because they are for when the player goes live tomorrow. You’ll see everything on the salespage once it’s gone live smile emoticon

Show, do not tell. This is the easiest and most powerful lesson of the narrator can learn. As marketers focus more on the content that tells the story, we should remember the old adage of writing, even if it is much easier said than done.

Fortunately, today marketers are using video to put the focus on the show. Video is the ideal format to quickly attract the attention of busy classrooms. This allows a powerful story in a brief but memorable way that the audience can enjoy and marketers-can be measured.

Grabbing the attention of potential customers is more important than ever in a world where most of the buyers of their own research on the internet before contact with the seller. We need to break through the noise and engage our prospects with content that entertains, inspires, and educates them about what we do and who we are, including the culture of our company.

Facts tell but stories sell, they say. There’s no better than the average video storytelling.

Until recently, most marketers are using video sparingly, as a way to improve their website, but very few of them have invested in it strategically as a way to improve the results of marketing and sales programs. That’s about to change.

Here’s what to expect from video marketing in 2016.

1. Button game will be in the spotlight as the best call to action on the Internet

As we know that audiences prefer video content via other formats? We have the data to prove it. Survey after survey supports it.

About 65% of viewers watch more than three-quarters of the video, according to the Invodo. Any content marketing would be happy with the audience for a piece of text. In addition, more than 78% of marketing professionals to report that converts video better than any other medium.

Video content becomes a sure way to increase clicks and conversions digital and marketers are starting to pay attention.

Simply put, the game became the most key call to action on the Internet.

2016 will be the year that video has become an integral part of e-marketing, content marketing, social, SEO, and demand generation programs, helping marketers improve their day-to-day results, increasing brand affinity and strengthen customer relationships.

2. Video analytics and attribution will take the initiative

Data-driven marketing is all the rage, and new marketing techniques have made it possible to track the interaction of digital online audience and measure the performance of marketing programs. This trend will continue in 2016 as marketers seek to extract a more complete picture of their marketing systems to improve results.

As video becomes a more prominent part of the marketing analytics will be an extremely important and highly-valuable.

Modern video marketing platforms offer the ability to monitor more than just look at the bill. Marketers can understand the real involvement of the audience and the average rates for the landing of their videos, as well as a video promoting lead generation and revenue.

Days of items is the ultimate measure of success will soon be gone, giving way to understand who is watching each video asset and as video actually promotes sales and marketing goals.

3. Video will become a strategic tool for lead generation and qualification

Video can easily become active lead generation tools. Adding e-gates at the beginning of your video or lead form collection to the end allows you to create new, well potential customers who are interested in the content. This information can now be directly related to our record in marketing automation and CRM systems, providing skilled leadership that can be connected back to the actual participation in online content. Marketers are already starting to take advantage of this opportunity, and we will see the growth in use in 2016.

But even more convincing is the use of video-viewing data to better estimate the segment and qualify your leads.

Tracking browsing activity of your prospects, you can get a better idea of who your leads are hot, and you can increase your conversion rate. And as video becomes more and more important part of your website content and marketing programs, track video interactions will be crucial.

What is even more powerful, you can now keep track of how long the person actually is included in the video that allows you to treat the initiative, who looks only 10 seconds different from the one who watches the video all the way to the end.

Video only provides a reliable means of tracking the actual interaction with the content, and in 2016, marketers will use this knowledge to their advantage.

4. YouTube will complement, rather than in the limelight

YouTube is an excellent channel for video distribution. This can help you extend your reach and attract a new audience. But this should not be the only place you distribute your content, it should not be hosting platform for embedded video on your own website and through other social networks.

While YouTube offers a very affordable solution for video hosting, lack the tools you need to make video an integral part of your digital brand and content marketing programs, and it does not offer the data and tools necessary to make video marketing tools valuable assets.

In 2016, more and more marketers will understand the importance of video as part of their digital marketing strategy and demand generation, and they will come to understand that YouTube is not the best way to optimize results.

5. The use of analytics within the marketing automation and CRM will increase

Although more than 78% of marketers report that converts video better than other types of content, less than 10% actually using analytics to improve the skills and on customer awareness. As more marketers use video to attract and engage their audience, they quickly want to start collecting analytics into their marketing automation and CRM platform to transform the data in the results.

This step is crucial to maximize the value of video. This is what gives marketers a complete picture of how the prospects for interaction with the brand through several channels around the purchase of travel, and it also gives them the opportunity to start reporting on the impact of video on lead generation, development pipeline and closed revenue.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Internet Video is the general field that deals with the transmission of video over the Internet. Internet video exists in several formats; most notably AVCHD (Advanced Video Codec High Definition), FLV (Flash Video Format) and MPEG-4 Part 14 (MP4). Current online video exists through several mediums, the most popular being YouTube which has over a billion unique users visit each month.[1] However, there are other video platforms, such as Vimeo, which are also popular. Adding to this, in recent years, the platform of internet video has been used to stream live events. As a result of the popularity of online video streaming, important events, such as the 2012 Presidential debates, have been streamed live on the internet for people to see. Aside from this, internet video has played an important role in the music industry as a medium to watch music videos and gain popularity for songs.

AVCHD (Advanced Video Codec High Definition)

AVCHD, or Advanced Video Codec High Definition, uses one of the more efficient video Codecs (a set of equipment that encodes an analogue speech or video signal into digital form for transmission purposes and at the receiving end decodes the digital signal into a form close to its original).[2] It was announced in May 2006 and since then has grown into a high-quality video format that can compete with other professional forms of media. The AVCHD is geared towards consumer shooters; this is largely because the AVCHD format capitalises on the H.264/MPEG-4 video that is able to compress video to smaller sizes in order to allow more video to be stored in the same storage capacity.[3]

FLV (Flash Video Format)

Flash Video Format, or FLV, is encoded video by Adobe Flash software in order to play within the Adobe Flash Player. It is the most common sharing format on the internet today. It is estimated that 99% of users have flash installed on their browser. The majority of video sharing websites stream videos in Flash, most notably YouTube.

MPEG-4 Part 14 (MP4)

MPEG-4 is known to be a great sharing format for the internet. In recent years an increasing number of camcorder and cameras began employ it. Moreover, YouTube recommends using the MP4 Format (Although they accept multiple formats, YouTube either converts them to .flv or .mp4 files). Apple is another company who has strongly backed MP4 by using it in their Quicktime player.[4]

YouTube was founded by Chad Hurley, Steve Chen and Jawed Karim. The three registered YouTube on 15 February 2005. In October 2005, Nike became the first major company to embrace YouTube as a promotional platform. They were the first company to do this and since then YouTube has provided a means of displaying internet video in order to help companies promote their products. Google purchased YouTube for $1.65 billion in October 2006 and since then it has developed it even further.[5] Since then, it has become the most popular website for watching internet video. For example, the hours of video watched per month on YouTube totalled 6 billion.[6]Moreover, as of 2014, there were one billion unique users to YouTube each month. Adding to this, according to Nielsen, YouTube reaches more US adults aged 18–34 years old than any cable network.[7]

Other Video Platforms; Vimeo, Vine

Aside from YouTube, there are several other internet video platforms, which despite being less popular, are still used by many. Vimeo, is a key example of this. Vimeo has over thirty million registered members and has a global reach of over one hundred and seventy million each month. Their mission statement is to “empower and inspire people around the world to create, share and discover videos”.[8] Another online internet video platform which was founded in June 2012 is Vine. It involves a short video on a six-second loop. Once the ‘Vine’ is uploaded, it can be published on social media. Social media played a large role in making this a more popular internet video service.

Live Streaming

A further key aspect of internet video is the idea of live streaming. This is when particular events are streamed using a live form of internet video. A key example of this is that in 2008 and 2012, during the Presidential election, the debates between the two candidates were live-streamed on YouTube.

Live Streaming has also been used as a means of promoting exposure for a particular product or business. This is largely because platforms such as YouTube provide a cheap, and usually free, means to access millions of users. Whether that be potential customers on laptops, smartphones, tablets or, more recently, smart TVs. A study conducted by SocialMediaExaminer supports this hypothesis using YouTube as a particular example.[9]

A sign of the growth of importance of internet video live streaming refers to the change in business model of the World Wrestling Entertainment, the WWE.[10] Previously the WWE’s business model involved receiving huge numbers of pay-per-view buys for special events hosted once per month and charging approx. $44.95 (Dependent on retailer) for each.[11] However, in February 2014 they launched a 24/7 streaming network charging $9.99 per month in order to get access to every ‘special event’. This shows that one of the largest entertainment companies was willing to adopt to a live streaming/internet video model in order to support their business. Many other companies such as BBC (with iPlayer), ITV (with ITV Player) and Channel 4 (with 4oD) have made use of internet video to allow users to livestream content, or watch on demand later.

Both live streaming and internet videos have faced controversy in recent years; This is largely because it is extremely difficult to access all the live-streams which show particular events. This infringes on the issue of copyright. Rights-holders face the challenge of content, which includes audio, TV shows and sporting events, being streamed live to the public.[12] As a result, streaming website Justin.TV partnered with content matching service Vobile in order to filter out infringing material.[13] Another example of a copyright issue which occurred to online streaming was when uStream were sued by a boxing promoter in August 2009 for allowing 2,337 users to view a broadcast of the fight Roy Jones Jr. vs Omar Sheika.[14]

YouTube has also faced issues surrounding copyright. For example, in December 2013,[15] many YouTubers who published footage of video games for either review or tutorial purposes were punished and crippled by copyright claims. In the past, YouTube has also faced issues with the music industry over users publishing videos without the permission of the music industry. The issues can be seen by the fact that since 2007, YouTube has paid out one billion dollars to copyright holders.[16] Saying that, the formation of Vevo has aided YouTube in terms of issues with the music industry by allowing artists/labels to get a share of revenue.

The Importance of Video in the Music industry

The growth of internet video has provided a platform to help elevate the music industry. This has most particularly been seen through the platform of YouTube. Chris Maxcy, YouTube’s partner development director stated that “YouTube is the ideal place for labels to promote music and for fans to discover new artists and old favourites”. Moreover, Rio Caraeff, who heads up Universal’s digital group described YouTube as a “revenue stream, a commercial business. It’s growing tremendously. It’s up almost 80 percent for us year-over-year in the U.S. in terms of our revenue from this category.”[17] In addition to this, an article published in 2011,[18] believes that YouTube has changed the music industry citing three ways; YouTube allows people to listen to the native music of India, for example, and other regions which would otherwise be difficult to discover. Brittany Wong also believes that YouTube helps to allow people get discovered. This is largely because it allows anybody to post an online video for the world to see. Finally it mentions that the convenience of the platform allows many people to listen to the music which has increased potential audiences.

Mike Masnik, the CEO and founder of techdirt.com, recognised the importance of YouTube towards the music industry in an article in the Telegraph.[19] In this article he recognises the potential ability of YouTube in order to allow musicians to increase exposure, and record labels to make money. However, they were naive and did not fully embrace it.
